Itasca, Illinois
Commercial Recycling in Itasca, IL
Itasca packs an unusual amount of industrial activity into a small footprint. Roughly sixty blocks of printing, packaging, contract manufacturing, and corporate HQ space run along Rohlwing Road, Hamilton Lakes, and Devon Avenue. CRI services every block of it from our Addison plant, five miles south.
Tight Footprint, Heavy Volume
For its size, Itasca punches above its weight on industrial output. The Hamilton Lakes corporate campus sits on the north side; the older industrial spine along Rohlwing Road runs printing, packaging converting, and contract manufacturing. A tier of food processors and contract packagers fills in between.
Each waste profile is different. Printers produce high-grade paper trim and clean OCC. Packaging converters generate die-cut scrap, film, and resin. Contract manufacturers run mixed OCC, dunnage, pallet cycles, and ferrous and non-ferrous scrap. The corporate offices contribute confidential paper shredding, IT decommissioning, and steady cardboard from supply deliveries.
CRI handles all of it on one agreement, with state-certified scales on every load.
